			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sugar is sugar right? And like any sugar, sugar is bad for your body so is that mean sugar cane juice is bad for you? Not necessarily.</p>
<p>First of all let&#8217;s discuss the difference between normal sugar, high fructose sugar and sugar cane. What are the difference between those three?</p>
<p>Normal sugar is refined sugar, high fructose sugar is man made sugar and sugar cane is raw sugar and those are the basic that you should know.</p>
<p>Refined sugar like brown sugar or white sugar can lead to the usual stuff which are diabetes, overweight and cavities.</p>
<p>Man made sugar is much more friendlier to your teeth and also it doesn&#8217;t have any calories so it won&#8217;t give you any overweight problems. However, there are many speculation that man made sugar might cause cancer.</p>
<p>Raw sugar is the most natural from all those three. It taste different from those sugar before, but it much more healthier. It has no known side effects or negative medical conditions. Still it pack some calories in it.</p>
<p>One cane of sugar cane is around 111 calories in it. Equivalent to running for one mile to burn that much calories.</p>
<p>Sugar cane is also has low glycemic index which are good for your body. glycemic index is the rate your body absorb the food so if the food is high in sugar and it has high glycemic index that means your body will absorb the sugar very fast which is not good for your body. While low glycemic index would have slower absorption rate.</p>
<p>It is also believed that it can cure sore throat, cold and flu.</p>
<p>So if you find a store that has sell soda drink, drink with sweetener and sugar cane juice then you know which one is healthier right?  Basically sugar cane is the best healthy sweet drink ever.</p>

<p>First let get to know how bubble tea is made. The tea itself usually made from tea that are mixed with syrup or milk.</p>
<p>The pearl is usually made from tapioca starch, but some people want to make it more chewy and add more millet protein, there are also rumor that some bad people try to make it cost effective by using plastic powder for the pearl.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s discuss about tapioca first. Tapioca is basically a root vegetable similar to potato and it has small amount of nutritional value. So basically if you eat the pearl in bubble tea that are mad from tapioca starch it won&#8217;t do you any good, but it also won&#8217;t do you any good.</p>
<p>What if millet protein is added in the pearl. Is it bad? Millet is some sort of grain that usually grown for food. It is pack with fat so you might want to be careful not to consume many millet protein.</p>
<p>So far millet protein or tapioca starch is okay to use in pearl and won&#8217;t do any bad to you. What about plastic powder? Well, we know that this is bad because our body can&#8217;t digest plastic. So what happen then? Isn&#8217;t it just will come out in our poop and thus no one is harmed? If only life is that nice to us. If you eat plastic your body will try to absorb it and the chemical in the plastic can stimulate your cancer cell to grow and thus you are in risk of getting cancer.</p>
<p>In the end its all depend on where you buy it and do you trust the vendor where the bubble tea is being sold? What you might need to be consider is probably the sugar content of the bubble tea which usually are pretty sweat and thus won&#8217;t be too healthy, but so far it won&#8217;t do you any bad thing to your body.</p>

<p>Well, to answer this question you need to know what kind of coffee did you drink? If you drink like caffe latte, mocha, or cappuccino which contain milk in them then you probably wanna poop because of the milk.</p>
<p>In order to know whether coffee makes you wanna poop or not is to take pure coffee, americano or espresso without any added sugar or other stuff that you like to add in coffee.</p>
<p>So why coffee makes you wanna poop? Well its not the coffee but the caffeine that is responsible.  caffeine inhibits enzyme that regulate mucosal secretion in the small intestine. Which mean the small intestine going to have slower time absorbing the food and fluid you take and thus getting your colon full much more faster which end up you having a lesser stool or diarrhea.</p>

So instead she ate a lot of pineapple in hope of getting an abortion. Seeing that I was like is it true that pineapple that dangerous to pregnant women?</p>
<p>In other hand, I also heard that pineapple is good for pregnant woman because it can induce labor if you eat a lot of it. So which one is true? Is it good or bad for pregnancy?</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s talk about why it is said that pineapple can cause miscarriage. In pineapple there is a compound that called Bromelian and what this compound do is that it can thin, stimulate, soften, and dilate the cervix.</p>
<p>Bromelian only exist in fresh pineapple. Once they are juiced and canned there is Bromelian in them.</p>
<p>So how does this compound cause miscarriage? Well no one knows, but there are several theories on this:</p>
<p>One theory is that during pregnancy the cervix is covered with antibacteria that help to prevent infection. So when you eat a lot of pineapple it was in hoping that the cervix will to soft that there will be a bacteria that could come in and cause havoc.</p>
<p>Another theory is that the cervix is too soft and the baby could just come out by it self while in development and thus cause miscarriage.</p>
<p>This compound is also that could help induce labor when you are overdue during pregnancy. You want to get the cervix to soften and dilate thus you can start the labor process.</p>
<p>In the end pineapple is bad and also good for pregnancy. It is bad for those who are in early pregnancy as it could lead to miscarriage, but when you pregnancy is overdue pineapple can be what you need as it could induce labor.</p>
<p>Still, the chance that pineapple can cause miscarriage is so small that you have more chances getting miscarriage from other things such as problem with the chromosome abnormalities, incompetent cervix, or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes when you are going out, far away from home and you just know that the public toilet usually are so hideous that you don&#8217;t want to use one especially to poop. another times when you were going to have an important meeting and suddenly you get bad stomach because of what you eat before the meeting is something you don&#8217;t want. So in order to prevent those things you need to be careful on what you eat, because wrong food means you need to poop and wanting to poop in the wrong time and in the wrong place can be disastrous.</p>
<p>This is basically what I learn from my experience on what food to eat and what food not to eat.</p>
<p>The basic rule number one is don&#8217;t eat too much as eating too much can lead to upset stomach, so always stop before you full.</p>
<p>Basic rule number two is to avoid anything that is spicy and/or oily. These two are going to make you going to the bathroom, guaranteed especially if don&#8217;t have strong stomach.</p>
<p>Basic rule number three is to avoid milk and tofu. These two will lead to defecation.</p>
<p>Okay then, so after you remember those basic rule let&#8217;s talk about what you can eat so you don&#8217;t poop.</p>
<p>Peanuts &#8211; I always eat peanut a lot when I want to chew something but don&#8217;t want to end up in the toilet.</p>
<p>Beer &#8211; Even though it can make you pee often, but every time I drank beer I always feel my stomach is better ( in term of not wanting to poop).</p>
<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_pot">Hot pot</a> &#8211; remember basic rule number two which is no spicy food which mean you cannot choose hot pot that has spicy soup in it. Choose regular soup and it won&#8217;t make you want to defecate.</p>
<p>Updated info: Avoid &#8211; Orange juice, Rice and coffee as those will also can make you want to poop.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I come from a tropical country, which mean I have no experience with static shock. When the first time I go to an area that has dry air in the winter I got traumatized by the electricity shock. Every time I go to the subway I get shocked, every time I get a cab I always get electrocuted (the cab is the most painful one), every time there is a metal handler door I got scared to touch it.</p>
<p>I know that I come unprepared for this kind of thing because this is new and it is not a pleasant experience. I know that I bring my warm clothes and socks in the wrong kind of material&#8230; wool and polyester.</p>
<p>Anyway&#8230; I been here and learned my lesson and I want to share to you guys how to get rid of the static shock from my experience.</p>
<p>1. Usually I use sport shoes to go outside as I usually do in my country, but it turns out to be a wrong decision as the rubber in the shoes (usually sport shoes has them) makes a good insulator and thus build up the static in your body. So <strong>change to leather shoes</strong>, buy a new one near you if you don&#8217;t bring one.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Know what material you&#8217;re using</strong>. Wool and polyester is bad. Use cotton only. Know what clothes material your wearing, socks your wearing and underwear your wearing. If you not sure just changed it. The easiest way is to buy the clothes, socks, and underwear in the winter store as they usually has sell the one that won&#8217;t build static shock.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Use humidifier in your room</strong>. The static shock is also caused by the dry air which mean you need to humid the air to increase the chance of you not getting shocked. To be honest this is not a problem for my as from my experience usually the most hurtful static shock comes from in subway and when getting a cab.</p>
<p>4. If you have to get on a cab. Usually the longer you sit in the cab the more electric shock it built up and when you touch the door (even when you cover your arm with your jacket) it still pack a stinging shock. So I usually when get to a cab I bring something with me like a bottle or something that will I use to close the door, but still the static build up is still inside your body so don&#8217;t touch anything metal yet. Go and disperse it by going to your humid room or touch other metal with a metal key in between to get less shocked. Or you can prank your friend by shocking them.</p>
<p>5. To avoid getting shock (if you are traumatized like me too) the simplest way is to bring coin everywhere you go and every time there is a metal handler touch it first with the coin to disperse the static shock. If you don&#8217;t want the hassle of bringing a coin you can also use <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0019UXSD6/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=bestlap-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B0019UXSD6">Anti-static hand lotion</a> and you won&#8217;t have to worried getting shock.</p>

<p>First question&#8230; is it healthy?</p>
<p>Even though it is not polite to fart in front of people sometimes you need to do what you need to do. Holding a fart is the same as holding your pee or holding your poop. If you hold you pee too often it can lead to stone kidney and this goes the same for farting. If you don&#8217;t release the gas build up in your body then it could cause discomfort and it might lead to hemorrhoids.</p>
<p>You release the fart as soon as your body relax. So if you want to hold your fart it means that you will not be relaxed and feel under pressure all the time. Go to the bathroom immediately and release that gas.</p>
<p>Loud fart usually not smelly while silent fart usually comes with stinky odor. Is this means that the loud fart person is healthier? Depends. Stinky odor comes from the bacteria inside your body which mean what you eat determine what your fart smells like. If you just recently eat something smelly then your fart is going to be smelly also.</p>
<p>So what kind of fart can indicate that I am unhealthy.</p>
<ul>
<li>If your fart is smelly, but you know that you don&#8217;t eat anything weird lately. That means something is wrong inside your stomach that cause the smelly odor. Don&#8217;t get alarmed yet as this could be a normal thing, but if things continue to smells even though you eat normal then you might want to check it to the doctor to check more about what&#8217;s happening inside your body.</li>
<li>If you fart often and followed with a headache and nausea. You need a lot of rest and its alright to fart as it will makes you better after you throw away the build up gas inside you.</li>

<p>Drinking beer is only for those that doesn&#8217;t have problem with their liver, because drinking beer makes your liver work hard to purify the beer into something your body can accept. If you drink too much and your liver can&#8217;t handle it then it would be a problem.</p>
<p>To get all the benefits and not to be concerned with the bad stuff that comes with beer is to be a light or moderate drinker. A light drinker is those who drink one beer a day, a moderate drinker is those who drink two to three beer a day, and heavy drinker is those who drink more than three beer a day.</p>
<p>A heavy drinker is certainly unhealthy. Not only you will definitely get beer belly, you also get higher risk of getting liver damage, and not to mention the free radicals that attack your liver cells.</p>
<p>It is recommended that you drink water in between beer because beer cause dehydration and thus your body need to rehydrate it self.</p>
<p>So one beer a day is clearly a good thing because this means you are considered a light drinker. Of course that comes with a problem because who drink only one beer a day? I never drink one beer a day, I usually drink two or three beer minimum.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These days I&#8217;m drinking a lot of tea 10 to 20 cups of tea in one day. Is this bad? Can you drink too much tea? What is the limit for drinking tea?</p>
<p>What happen when you drink too much tea is that you gonna get diuretic or an elevated urination rate which mean if you drink many tea in one day you&#8217;ll end up going back and forth to the bathroom.</p>
<p>Some type of tea has caffeine in it such as black tea which mean it can give you similar kind of effects caffeine do to your body. It can make you more alert, but it can make you jittery and nervous also depend on how many caffeine intake you took. However, generally tea has much less caffeine than coffee so don&#8217;t worry too much about the caffeine in it. If you worry, you can switch to green or white tea that has even less caffeine than black tea or just get herbal tea that has no caffeine in it.</p>
<p>You also need to be careful <a href="http://www.healthylifefriend.com/2012/03/why-tea-is-bad-for-pregnant-women/">not to drink tea when pregnant</a>.  Because the caffeine in tea can cause miscarriage.</p>
<p>The antioxidant in tea can inhibit the absorption of iron which mean those who are lack of iron in their body system should stop consume tea. Lack of iron can cause fatigue and lack of oxygen in your blood system making you look unhealthy&#8230; literally unhealthy.</p>
<p>So even though tea has <a href="http://www.healthylifefriend.com/2011/04/can-drinking-tea-improve-your-health/">many benefits for your body</a>. you still need to be careful not to drink too much of it.</p>
