How To Stay Healthy

We all want to experience life to the fullest and in order to do that we need to have a healthy body. A healthy mind and body comes from strict discipline to take care of your body. So what are the best tips to take care of your body?

1. Workout

Working out is the best way to get into shape and get rid of disease. With strong body, the disease will have a hard time to penetrate your immune system.

Study has shown that people who exercise get cold less than those who never exercise.

 2. Know Your Genetics

Your parents might have a disease that can be pass down into you, so by knowing what your parents you can prevent what is coming. If you parents or grand parents have high blood  pressure or a bad heart that mean you could have it too. A friend of mine whose parents has a very high blood pressure also has the same problems even though he is young.

For me, my grand parents are diabetics and so I am vulnerable to diabetes too even though my parents never had any diabetes problem. Knowing that mean that I should control my sugar intake and thus prevent the problem.

3. Your Health Comes From What You Eat 

You need to eat healthy food, this is probably the most common advice. Your doctor or parents have told this a thousand times and I tell you again. Our body need a fair consumption of nutrition to build, regenerate and grow. If you consume only greasy junk food then how can your body be healthy?

Healthy food is the main brick for your body to stay in shape. Don’t be picky in your meal as your body need various nutrition such as vitamin, magnesium, fat, carbohydrate, etc. You don’t get those by just eating one or two kind of meal. You need to eat various healthy foods.

Most people doesn’t want to eat healthy because of the image that healthy food sucks or not delicious. This is the most common mistake as there is good and healthy food that I believe you can enjoy. You just need to know where to look.

4. Reduce Or Don’t Smoke And Drink Alcoholic Drink

Smoking and alcohol is not the problem. The problem is when you get too much of them that it will cause problem to your body.

Smoking can cause various health problems such as lung cancer, and impotence. Let me tell you that lung cancer is probably the worse way for you to die. Every time you breath it hurt so bad and makes you don’t want to breathe, but you give in and breathe anyway thus giving you a long and painful dead.

Alcohol can also cause various health problem such as liver or kidney failure. A friend of mine has a liver failure because he drink too much alcoholic drinks. He needs to have liver transplant and also need to have a blood clean up once every year.

5. Avoid Drugs 

This is common sense. You can’t have a healthy life once you are addicted to drugs. Drugs will ruin your life forever.

How can drugs ruin your life? Well, drugs give you a false happiness for a short period of time. A very high dose of false happiness. Once you get that feeling it will stuck in your brain making you feel nothing can make you happy. You can only feel happy when using drugs again.

6. Be Social 

We are social creature and we need to have lover, family and friends. They are what makes life beautiful.

Wait a minute. What’s being social have anything to do with staying healthy? It everything to do with it.

From all above, I would say this is the most important. By having friends, family and lover you get to live longer as this is one of the secret to have a long healthy life. You might notice that when a wife or husband died of an old age their partner usually died also not long after that.

People who has no friends, and family usually has shorter live span. Loneliness, stress, depression can cause various health illness.Because emotion is connected to our immune system.
