Natural Remedies For Anxiety
You feel you can’t concentrate and you know you have to done something, but you can’t put your finger on it. The power of anxiety can make your day very unproductive.
Anxiety is the line between worry and arousal, it is the opposite of relax. It is very different from worry because for worry you know what you are worrying about like your son hasn’t home yet or is the economy going to be better or not. For anxiety, you really don’t know what it is that you worry about.
For me, anxiety is worse than worry because you don’t know what you are dealing with. It is something inside your head that tell you have to do something, but not knowing what that thing is. Your body is becoming jittery and you can’t stand still.
Some people are going for the anti anxiety medicines that in the end makes the person depend on it for the rest of their life. Is there any better way to fight anxiety? Some natural remedies that can fight it?
Well, here are some tips that I gather on how to fight anxiety naturally:
Keep your mind in a relaxed condition. How can you accomplish this? Well, I find that meditation and exercise are the best way to keep anxiety at bay.
When you are exercising the mind is focused on the activities that you are doing either it is jogging or weight training.
A proper meditation can clear your mind of unnecessary thought that may cause the anxiety.
Those two are the best and fastest way to get rid of it. There are other thing that you can do if you don’t like exercise and you don’t know how to meditate. You could try massage or jacuzzi with aromatherapy.
I tried these two also and it can help you deal with the problem, but it just not as fast as fitness and meditation.
You should also avoid things that can worsen your anxiety problem such as: caffeine and alcohol. Both are bad as caffeine is a stimulant and thus make your mind wondering more and the jittering would become worsen. Alcohol can give you a brief calm state of mind, but don’t let that fool ya because as soon as it is gone the jittering and sweat palm of anxiety is going to hit you hard.
