Prevent Sleepiness
Have you ever feel so tired that you just want to close your eyes, but you can’t? Because either there is still a lot of work to do, or your boss is watching. Is there any ways so I can prevent sleepiness right this second? Here are some method that I use to prevent sleepiness.
Drink coffee obviously. Preferably an espresso so you can stay awake and concentrate for more hours. Don’t go to coffee late or cappucino that has milk in it. It would reduce the coffee effect that makes you alert. Remember that coffee effect work after 6 hours you drink it, don’t expect as soon you drink it and you gain instant energy.
Sit up straight. For me this works best. By standing straight or sitting straight the blood flow work more efficient, breath more easy and it is harder for us to feel sleepy. It also prevent back and neck pain.
Wash up. Go to the washroom and wash your sleepiness away. This work really fast, as soon the water start to sprinkle on your face you feel refreshed and ready for action. This of course only work temporarily, after awhile the you will feel sleepy again.
Get enough sleep (duh!). It’s obvious if you feel sleepy that’s because you’re not getting enough sleep. Make sure you get a 7-8 hours of good night sleep.
So there you have it, my four secret to prevent sleepiness.
