Compared to coconut oil or butter which has too many saturated fat, corn oil is certainly much better. It mean it has less risk for causing heart disease.

Corn oil risk
Corn oil is certainly better than butter or palm oil, but that doesn’t necessarily make it healthy. Corn oil is pack with omega-6 and omega-3, however the composition of between omega-6 and omega-3 is off balance. It has the ratios of 49:1 where the it should have been 4:1 or less. High amount of omega-6 could cause prostate cancer and also breast cancer.
Polyunsaturated fat has been found to be the supplier for cancer growth on animal.
