How to Get Six Pack Abs Fast

This is just sharing my experience in getting six pack abs fast, now its not a guaranteed method as it might or might not work.
If you were like me which is a person with BMI somewhere around 23, which is the average bmi of normal weight then this is how I do it.
The first time I do it, I was just like okay I’m just gonna do 100 sit-ups per day. After 30 days of doing 100 sit-ups every morning my abs did get a six pack abs shape, but somehow it is different from what poster or models six pack abs look like.
So the first lesson I got is that you can’t get good six pack abs just by sit-ups, you need other exercise to work the upper abdomen, the lower abdomen, and the side. So you need to do crunches, air bike, dumbbell side bend, plate twist, and ab roller.
The second lesson I learn is that you need to do the exercise perfectly. Just because it is a lot of reps you can’t do it sloppy, cause it won’t do you any good. 10 well executed sit-ups is much more better than 100 sloppy executed sit-ups.
Do the exercise 100 times a day and for me it work pretty well. Go ahead and try it.

If you were a person with BMI that are categorized as overweight or obese then the best way to get six pack is not by exercising, but with dieting. Cut your BMI until it is somewhere around 23 then do the exercise. Don’t go straight aiming to get six pack when you fat, but go cut your weight first then do the exercise.
