How To Get Rid Of Onion Breath

I really love onion, as it is crunchy and full of taste. It also offer many benefits for your health such as prevent cardiovascular disease, prevent respiratory disease, prevent diabetes, and prevent various cancer. So in all, onion is extremely healthy, but the only downside of this food is that you will get bad breath.
So how do we get rid of onion breath? I got to be honest with you guys that you can’t. Onion breath is caused by your lungs and not by something in your mouth so everything you do to get rid of it in the mouth won’t do any effect at all. Onion breath will dissipate itself over time.
You could masked the bad breath by doing these: wash your mouth with water, brush your teeth, chew bubble gum, or pepper mint candy. This can help you reduce the bad breath to certain amount of degree, but overtime it would come back.
There also other things that you could do to reduce the onion breath effect by eating or drinking these: green tea, lemon, yogurt or chew parsley. It is believed that by eating these can help to reduce the onion breath.
Other ways to get rid of onion breath? This could be a bad advice but here goes: Use other thing that has smelly breath to mask your onion breath like drinking coffee. There are only 2 effects that could happen, one, the coffee is stronger than the onion so you have coffee breath instead of onion breath. secondly, your bad breath just join together and mixed, they become one nasty onion coffee breath.
