How Can I Stop Snoring

Snoring much? Too be honest, snoring never bother me as I never know if I was snoring or not, but for other people it could be disturbing. So this is probably an advice for other people that like to snore a lot. Here’s how can I stop snoring…
- Lose your weight, if you are fat then there are possibilities that the snoring is caused by the extra fat around the neck which narrow the airway.
- Change sleeping position and pillow position. Getting the best position that help relieve the airflow can make the difference between snoring or not. Sleeping on your side is said to be the best position to stop snoring.
- Drink water. Dry airflow can make you snore, so to prevent snoring that is caused by this drink water. It is also advisable not to drink water immediately before sleeping, but drink water an hour or two before going to sleep.
- Don’t sleep after eating. Full stomach can push your diaphragm making the airflow to tighten and thus making you snore.
- Get enough sleep. Sleeping after sleep deprivation can cause you to snore.
