Health In Hot Springs

I just love to relax in a hot spring, it soothing and so relaxing especially if you go there with your loved one and has some privacy. Is there a health benefits for taking bath in hot springs? This is a question I always wondered. I heard a lot of health benefits that you can get from hot springs, but all of them are vague. So here are just some health benefits in hot springs that I know of:

  1. The minerals and sulfur in the hot water can go straight into your body making your aching muscle soothed, ease joint pain, and improve circulation.
  2. Soaking in the hot spring can help improve blood sugar readings which is good for those who have diabetes.
  3. Having hard time to sleep? Go to a hot spring as it can help you sleep better.
  4. It can help you lose weight. Yes, I said lose weight. The hot water in hot springs can stimulate the effects of exercise on the muscles.
  5. It can also relieve stress. Stress can cause your immune system to drop and get you sick, so if you having trouble managing stress then going to a hot spring would be a good idea.

Damn, just by talking about hot springs makes me want to go there. Okay so that are the things that I know about health in hot springs. See you in the hot spring :)
