My parents used to give me honey when I was little, they always replace sugar with honey as it is much more healthier than sugar they say. I don’t really like the taste of honey compare to sugar, but because they say its healthy I keep drinking it until today. So am I right? Are honey really healthy? Here are the things that I know about honey:
