10 Healthiest Foods For Men

I created the list of 10 healthiest foods in previous post, but isn’t there are difference between healthiest foods for men and women? Yes, there are difference. Men are indeed different from women in many aspect and include their nutritional need.
So here are my list for 10 Healthiest foods for Men:
1. Avocado. Men need testosterone hormon to make them act like a real man and in order to get more testosterone men need to eat fat. However, because fatty foods are generally unhealthy then the obvious choice fall to monounsaturated fat or good fat. Avocado has plenty of monounsaturated fat, which mean it can increase men testosterone and it is healthy.
2. Oyster. If you dislike avocado then you might want to consider oyster to increase men testosterone. Oyster has lots of Zinc which increase the testosterone and sperm count.
3. Broccoli. Research show that men are more prone to bladder cancer than women. In order to combat this then you need foods that can prevent bladder cancer. Broccoli is one of them.
4. Spinach. Spinach is rich in vitamin K which men usually lack when they grow old. Research show that people with age more than 45 has tendency to lack of vitamin K and this make their bones more fragile and blood clotting.
5. Tomatoes. It is not uncommon for men to have prostate cancer, as it is one of the common cancer for men. To prevent prostate cancer you could eat more tomatoes. Research show that men who ate two tomatoes per day has decrease the chances of they getting prostate cancer by 23%.
6. Oatmeal. Let’s face it, men are more likely to get heart disease than women. In order to combat heart disease men need to control the cholesterol level and blood pressure. One way to do this is by eating oatmeal, as research show that oatmeal can help lower bad cholesterol.
7. Bananas. One of best fruit that has lots of potassium in it. Why men need potassium? Well it can help control the blood pressure, as men have the tendency to get a high blood pressure.
8. Eggs. Packed with nutrition, protein, and also vitamin. Men need more protein as men has more weigh than women.
9. Nuts. This is the one that has lots of protein and it also can lower the cholesterol level.
10. Whole grains. The best food for men as this contain carbs, fiber, mineral, and vitamins. Providing men with good heart and muscle.
