  1. Chewing your food 30-50 times is beneficial for your health. According to Hiromi Shinya, MD in his book The Enzyme Factor chewing your food multiple times than usual can help increase your health as the chewing process cause create enzyme that will keep you healthy.
  2. Hiromi Shinya, MD also state that we should eat our meal with 85% vegetables and 15% meat.
  3. Milk is not as good as people think it is. What you do when you lack of calcium? Drink milk right? Well, do you know that if you drink milk most of the calcium in milk would not get absorbed by your body.  The sudden influx of calcium in your body overwhelm the system to absorb it and that is why it would get thrown away instead of being absorbed.
  4. Daily consumption of sodium/salt should be within 2400 mg (one teaspoon). More than that then you are in risk of heart disease in the future.

  7. A well done steak has more carcinogens than medium rare steak.
  8. Natural sugar can cause diabetes, cavities, and weight gain. Artificial sugar can cause cancer.
  9. Oatmeal is the best food to keep the heart healthy.
  10. Our body need fat, but trans fat is just bad for you. The best way to get healthy fat is to eat high in good fat fruit like avocado. Monounsaturated fat is a good fat that comes from fruit and vegetables, avocado is one of them.
