How To Be Mentally Tough

Being mentally tough is different with being tough, you can act like you tough but in the inside you could be like a melting butter. Mentally tough is much more important than being tough, because it is the ability to do what you believe is right defying what everyone think or say about you. Mentally tough is armor to do what you heart said. So how can we be mentally tough?

Acknowledge what give you an edge, examine what ticks you and understand it sooner so you know how to handle it better. Knowing that you are weak at this kind of saying or you are weak at this kind of treatment can mean the difference.

Visualize and imagine as if you are capable of doing anything. By doing this you would notice that everything is within your grasp and mentally you are going to be prepared.

Keep the end in mind. If you want to do something then always keep the goal in mind, as when everything else is abandoned this would be the life raft for you mental. If there is nothing you can hold on when you are down then you could go into mental breakdown.

Is Crying a sign of weak mental? I don’t think so. By crying you release the emotion and ease the you mentally. Sure by crying you won’t look tough but you want to be tough mentally right?
