Best Food For Weight Loss

There are many foods that can help you lose weight like spicy food, oatmeal, and many more. However if you have to choose one from those foods… which one is the best food for weight loss? I would have to say apple.
Why apple?
- Because it easy to prepare, you don’t have to cook it, you just go straight nom nom it.
- It has low calories, fat and sodium. In one small apple it contain 55 calories, 1 g fat, and 1 mg sodium. This is small calories compare to banana which has 90 calories.
- Lots of vitamin and fiber. The fiber in apple is the most important to your weight loss campaign as it makes you feel full.
