- Use caffeine to help you lose weight. People usually say that caffeine is good for weight loss as it has appetite suppressing effect, but what most people don’t know is that the suppressing effect is only temporarily and as soon the effect wear off the appetite would strike back so sudden that you’ll probably end up eating a lot of food.
- Skip meals. I’m gonna deprive myself from food this should work. Yea, it doesn’t work. Your body need to have minimum calories to work, the analogy is like you want to hold your breath indefinitely under water and sooner or later you’ll give up.
- Use magic pills. Now I’m not against diet pills but people who usually use diet pills think that these pills gonna make you lose weight fast and make it stay. Diet pills probably make you lose weight but it gonna go slow and it usually doesn’t stay long because when you stop taking diet pills the weight will gradually comes back again.
- Weight loss is easy. You wonder that there are people who think weight loss is easy don’t you? Yea, its because they have active lifestyle and eat healthy food. If you are overweight don’t compare yourself with these people as their weight is the result from their habit. So I just need to change my habit then right? Yea, but changing habit is hard. Accept that you need hard work to lose weight and make the hard decision on changing your lifestyle habit.
