Before I start explaining the 10 most healthiest foods in the world you need to understand this: The best healthiest foods to eat is a balance foods containing all the ingredient we need in life such as bread, milk, vegetables, fruits, milk, meat, and a little bit of fats. Just like in the food pyramid you need all those and you can’t be choosy about it.
Why bother telling you that? I don’t want you to eat all these 10 most healthiest foods all day long because even though it is awesomely healthy its not balanced.

There you have it… 10 most healthiest foods from my perspective. Usually top 10 healthiest foods contain almond, potato, and tomato but I remove them because these three foods can kill you. Raw almond contain cyanide, green stem cell of tomato can cause stomach pain and agitation, and potato leaf and stems contain poison. Green potato can kill you just so you know. Stay away from green potato, if you ate it it will make you weak and confuse followed by coma and death.
