How To Go To Sleep Fast

The quickest way to get to sleep fast is either you just done exercising so your body is really tired or you have a specific sleeping pattern that allows your body to sleep at specific hour. These are great but not so great when you know that you won’t be exercising before sleeping and you want to sleep when you want to sleep.

I been experimenting with sleeping since the beginning of my posts and I know that the best method for sleeping is sleep pattern where I go to sleep at specific hour. However, I know that I don’t want to be fixated at specific hour to sleep so I need to know how to go to sleep fast no matter what hours it is.

Here are my tips to sleep fast:

Complete dark room? I know that a dark or medium light room doesn’t give much different to how fast you sleep, it only contribute to better sleep. For me, i like to sleep with medium light because it makes my eye tired more fast than dark room. Of course the bad thing about sleeping with lights on is that when you wake up you’ll gonna feel more tired than if you sleep with dark room.

There are two mindset to sleep fast. The first one is to think nothing at all, by controlling your mind to become empty you’ll be able to sleep faster. The trick is clear your mind which is quite tricky for those who don’t used to it. The trick to empty your mind is to concentrate to breathing, inhale deeply and then exhale slowly. Close your eyes, lie back and concentrate on your breathing is a sure way to get you to sleep fast.

The other method to sleep fast is to control your mind to think dull stuff. Warning, when you do this and accidentally you though of something cool or awesome you’ll be unable to sleep for hours. For me, I like to think about the game I just played or the activities that I just did that day and repeated the thought thousand times until I got sleepy.
