Wine making has been around since 6,500 years ago. Farming is still new at that time, but that doesn’t stop those people from drunk themselves from making and drinking wine.
Yea, I knew that there is a reason why Jesus would change those water into red wine instead of grape juice. Its healthy that’s why God himself turn water into wine.
Wine is considered healthy because it can increase the High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) or the good cholesterol. Why is HDL is good? Because it is the cleaning agent for your blood vessel. It carry the excess cholesterol which if not cleaned can create plaque that create coronary artery disease. More HDL in your blood the healthier your heart is.
Red wine is healthier than white wine because it contain more antioxidant. These antioxidant can lower the Low Density Lipoprotein which is the bad cholesterol. Why LDL bad? Instead of carrying excess cholesterol out of the system like HDL, LDL carry the cholesterol into the system.
Wait a minute… Its not wine that increase HDL but it’s alcohol? So what the difference with beer? It turns out that beer and wine has the same benefit, but the press seem to like wine more than beer.
To get the benefit from the wine/alcohol you need to limit your consumption to 2 glass per day for men and 1 glass per day for women. Why the limitation? If its more than that you might get weight gain, migraine, or breast cancer.
