Feeling stress up ey? I am sure everyone has their own stress situation in life, whether is it stress about finance, family, relationship, or even school.

There are two type of stress…

The first type is the kind that you can confront with, you can diminish the stress by confronting it, for example: trouble learning at school, financial problem, or your girlfriend is pregnant.

These three problem can be confronted, you can learn harder or find a method that can help you with learning, you can manage your finance and you can choose whether you want to keep the baby or not. These kind of stress can be deal with certain change on your attitude. This kind of stress is much more simpler and easy to solve than the second type.

Best way to solve this kind of stress is to confront it and find the solution for the problem. This kind of stress is solvable.

The second type is the kind that you must accept thing as it is, acknowledging that shit happen is much more harder to solve. For example: the lost of someone you love, or your husband/wife is cheating.

Accepting the shitty condition is much more harder because you can’t do a damn thing about it, you just have to accept the fact the he/she is gone or your wife/husband doesn’t love you anymore.

Best way to deal with this kind of stress is to talk to someone.

Alternative way to deal with both type of stress is to meditate.
