How Long should We Sleep? 7 hour? 8 Hour?

Many people are debating on how long should we sleep to have the maximum impact on resting. Basically what you want from sleep is that when you woke up you are feeling fresh and up to do your regular activities.
Researcher has known that infant need 16 hour of sleep, pre-schooler need about 11 hour of sleep and most kid at school need 10 hour. But for adult, we need about 7-9 hour of sleep.
So which is the best sleeping hour? it depend on the people. Like I said that the point in sleeping is that when you woke up you want to have fresh feeling and up to do your regular activities and not waking up in drowsy and no mood day. But generally it is 8 hour.
Don’t forget that to get the good sleep result we also need the quality of the sleep itself and not just the quantity of the hour. You want uninterrupted sleep, with great bed, and comfort.
