Hand phone = Brain Cancer?

Many believed that hand phone can cause brain cancer, even thought the phone companies, WHO, and also other independent organization that state hand phone are safe. Which side you believed in?

Anyway the science behind hand phone lead to brain cancer is that the radiation in the phone would penetrate into our  brain system causing brain cancer and also recent research in Sweden show that people using hand phones for 10 years or more have double the risk of brain cancer. Now imagine that…

But those guys said it’s safe (Phone Companies, WHO, and independent organization). Well there are many speculation that those people said phone are safe because it won’t kill you right now… probably in the next 10 or 20 years later. But that’s just a speculation.

I’m not here to tell you which one you should believe in, but t0 remind you that hand phones is crucial in our daily life. We can’t live without our handphone for text message, twittering, checking facebook, calling, putting important dates, and so on. So handphone cause cancer or not we can’t really sure but we do know that we use handphone all the time.

So the best thing to do is to avoid the risk of getting that brain cancer instead of avoiding handphone…

here are some tips:

  • Use loudspeaker to minimize radiation
  • Use headset to minimize radiation
  • Don’t talk in the phone too long using handphone
  • Use home phone more often
  • Don’t sleep close by to your handphone
