Break free from Automated Task by asking yourself – What Do I Want?

Have you ever think for a while that your life is so full with automated task that you might forgot to ask if that is what you want to do?

Yesterday, I usually pick up my friends on Saturday night but because this is kind of a habit from high school  I forgot to ask my self if this is what I really want? And so I ask my self what do I want, guess what, I don’t want to pick up my friends all the time anymore.

And that’s not all, there are many things that I want but my automated task make me think that it is something that I want to do but it isn’t.

Automated task comes from things that you do constantly, like you usually open the door first to the ladies because this is what your parents want you to do but ask yourself if that is what you really want? If not then why do you do it?

But constanly ask what do I want to do would lead me to proscratinating because hey everyone love to do nothing right? At first I thought like that too, what do I want? Easy… I want to play game and watch TV all day… But then after a while I ask again what do I want after this game end? Guess what… I want to read my books and practice guitar.

But what if I want to be angry? Isn’t that bad? Not really, If you want to be angry be angry don’t hide it, it is  better to unleash anger than to unleash fury from the accumulating anger.

Break free from automated task by asking yourself what do I want. So do you want to leave me a comment or what?
